About installation

Installation dates get fixed in advance and depend on being able to access the property. Getting any society or building approvals needed is on you.

Fixing needs anchor points into the slab, beam, wall or frame, and we show you where these will go before starting work.

What we need from you

Please keep the work area reachable and reasonably clear on the day of fitting, and have an adult around to confirm where the tracks and wires should sit.

The fitting is meant purely as a safety barrier — it shouldn't be climbed on, hung from, or loaded with weight.

About payments

Payment terms, along with any advance, are laid out in the quotation you accept. Hold onto your receipt in case you need service later.
