Since invisible grills and safety nets are custom-made for a particular opening, this page lays out what can be cancelled or refunded, and at which stage.

Site inspection
Inspection and measurement anywhere in Kompally is free, with no strings attached. You can choose not to go ahead after the visit and owe nothing.
Cancelling before material is cut
If you cancel an accepted order before material has been cut or readied for your opening, any advance you paid is returned after deducting whatever costs were already incurred, if any. Let us know as soon as you can so preparation can be halted in time.
Cancelling after material is cut
Once track and wire have been cut to your measurements, that material can't go to another job. In that case, the material cost isn't refundable, though anything paid toward fitting labour that hasn't actually happened yet will be returned to you.
Rescheduling
You can move your installation date at no cost by telling us ahead of time. If you cancel repeatedly on the day itself, after our team has already reached the site, a visit charge may apply.
If the work doesn't satisfy you
If something about the finished installation isn't what was agreed, get in touch before settling any remaining payment. We'll inspect the work and fix any fault in our workmanship at no charge.
How refunds are made
Approved refunds go back through whichever mode you paid with, usually within a reasonable time after the cancellation is confirmed. To request a cancellation or refund, call 73373 93732.
